Details

For the IDEA Hacks 2020 hackathon, I created Retro Switch, an IoT enabled light switch controller that magnetically attaches to existing light switches. This device converts the light switches in UCLA's dorms to become a smart, internet-connected light switch. Integrated light and motion sensors also track movement in the room and turn off the lights when nobody is present to conserve electricity

This project won third place overall in IDEA Hacks 2020. More details are on our Devpost submission.
